GR9 GReddy R35 GTR visits the 1/4mile

Recently, the GPP staff found a little time to also bring out our GReddy R35 to the Drag Strip for some testing.  And we are happy to report it did very well for it's 1st trip out; easily making it into our GR9 club (9.76@149.85mph).  We now look forward to taking the build to the next level!  Look for more big news very soon.

It's known that a good free flowing exhaust, like our 80mm (3.15") full Titanium GReddy PE-Ti can add great performance to at GTR. But now that we have opened up the power to over 1000hp & 9sec Quarter Mile runs, with our twin TD06SH-20G turbo upgrade, we've decided to offer a huge 94mm (3.7") straight through Titanium exhaust, that is still quiet and comfortable for everyday use.











The dual large straight-through Ti mufflers provide excellent sound suppression.










This version also comes with a huge dual 80mm (3.15") to 94mm (3.7") Y-pipe.










Carefully hand-built 94mm piping is pain-painstakingly "inch-welded" for excellent fitment and flow.

Type-29R Cross Flow Intercooler Kit

   Extra-larger Intercooler for high horsepower GTRs

With more and more modified R35 GTRs in the 600-1000hp range, it was important for us to offer a XL Intercooler option. The new Cross-flow design not only looks good, but cools great!

The complete kit features an extra large, high cooling Type‐29, R‐spec intercooler core, which is ideal for over 900hp. Four specially designed light‐weight 3‐piece end‐tanks smooth out the flow for a side‐to side cross‐flow set‐up for increased efficiency; while the configuration keep upper grill area open for vital engine cooling.

GReddy Twin Turbo Uprade Kit for the R35

    The heart of any GR9 Build, the Twin Turbo Kit!


The key to the success of all our GR9 vehicles all include our Twin TD06SH-20G Twin Turbo Upgrade Kit. As well as being among the 1st kits on the market, it has also been one of the best proven packages available for the R35 GTR to date.  When looking for power in the 800-1000 plus hp range, a full turbo upgrade is a must and the GReddy Twin Turbo Kit delivers it with great components.  Proven and tested, quick response, high power TD06SH-20G turbo provide the reliable base, while smooth flowing, hand built, header-type turbo manifolds feed exhaust gases to the turbos.  Large twin GReddy Type-R Wastegates and inter-graded down pipes expel excess pressure to the exhaust.  The turbo kit also includes lightweight, large diameter, compression piping.  Another plus is the included cold air suction piping with high-flow Airinx air-filters located in the nose of the car.  (This turbo kit is compatible with both the Type-06R or Type-29R intercooler kits.)

R35 DCT Transmission Cooler Kit

   It's all about keeping your Transmission in top shape.

Trying to put down all that power to the ground requires a good transmission. To keep the R35's transmission and it's transmission Oil in top shape, we have developed a great cooling system for the DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) found on the R35 GTR.

The kit features our famous Blue (inner-fin) large 13row core mounted in front fender. It also includes a FRP divided air duct, (similar to the OEM unit on the other side of the car,) for maximum cooling.

Installation is easy thanks to specialized GReddy R35 trans oil block. The internal thermostat insures quick fluid warm-up and consistent oil temps, and does not tax the standard coolant system.






Carefully designed light-weight -14 hard-lines & braided-lines allow for a minimal routing lengths and maximum flow. Completing the kit are all the necessary mounts, hose fitting and 3 piece billet flanges with o-rings.





Also available as an option, is our GReddy R35 Window Washer Tank option. This is ideal to keep you window washer working even with use of either our DCT or front-mounted Intercooler kits.

Twin Type 06R Intercooler Upgrade Kit

    It's Cool to Boost-up!

The Nissan R35 GTR is a very efficient machine in stock form. And for stock boost levels the GReddy GTR Intercooler upgrade  kit offers moderate gains, however for boost-up applications, long boost duration and warm weather, that is when the benefits of having larger cores show their real  benefits. To help fight against heat-soak, we offer the taller thicker Type 06R cores (GReddy H266 x W260 x D115mm vs Stock H260 x W220 x D83mm)




The larger twin Type-06 cores have a larger area and over an 1" thicker, provide over 20% better cooling with only a 0.05kg/cm2 (0.7psi) increase in pressure drop. (That's over 10deg C cooler then the stock core)

As well as good gains in hp and torque throughout the power-band.

Aluminum Hard Piping and Suction Kits

    Great Looks, reliable boost response and cool air intakes!

High polished mandrel bent Aluminum hard pipping for the R35 engine bay, not only improves the looks under the hood, but improve boost response and reliability.  It also includes twin Type RZ blow-off valves.

While similar materials are used in the large diameter Suction Pipe Kit. The routing is what really benefits the user.  The kit takes advantage of a cool air charge from the nose of the vehicle, with twin Airinx AY-SB filters.

Full 80mm Titanium Power Extreme-Ti for R35

Better Sound, More Performance, Lighter weight!
        The GReddy 80mm (3.15") PE-Ti weighs only 19lbs!

With larger 80mm (3.15") diameter piping, the PE-Ti is still 46% lighter then the smaller, heavier factory exhaust (36lbs.)  This full Titanium construction R35 GTR exhaust starts just behind the "Y-pipe" to a single 80mm diameter mid-pipe.  Then smoothly "Y"s to large full dual 80mm, straight through oval GReddy mufflers and exits via quad-80mm diameter piping and 115mm "burnt" Titanium tips, for classic GReddy sound.

Test showed over 20hp increase in stock R35 GTRs without any other tuning.
